Email info@luxpupy.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
